Restructuring and insolvency services offered

Wilberforce has a strong reputation for litigating and advising on complex corporate and personal insolvency issues, both domestically and internationally. Members are experienced in acting for creditors (secured and unsecured), debtors, officeholders (liquidators etc) and others in matters involving liquidation, administration, receiverships, CVAs and IVAs, bankruptcy, asset tracing and recovery. Our group includes winners and nominees for insolvency and restructuring industry awards and authors of leading textbooks in the area.

Overseas offices and connections

The set has a well-established reputation for assisting overseas clients and appearing in high-profile and important cases across all of the principal International and Offshore jurisdictions where English law, or common law and statutes based heavily on English law, apply.
