Teneo’s Financial Advisory business advises corporates, creditors, and other financial stakeholders in situations of financial stress and distress. No two situations are the same. Our advice and approach is tailored to each situation and each client. Our client groups include:

• Corporates – Supporting companies through periods of financial and operational underperformance or stress. We focus on providing stability, improving performance, or developing and implementing a turnaround or restructuring solution.

• Creditors and other stakeholders – Advising a range of other stakeholders (lenders, bondholders, sureties, pension trustees and government entities and regulators) in respect of their stressed and distressed exposures. We focus on providing insight and advice, protecting value, and providing a path to recovering investment.

• Insolvency – We undertake formal insolvency and bankruptcy appointments to deliver a restructuring solution, or to realise value for creditors. We focus on identifying the right mechanism for each situation and implementing it to deliver the solution
