The firm was founded in 2017 and is led by Gwynn Hopkins, an insolvency practitioner and forensic accountant with more than 20 years of onshore and offshore experience working and leading teams in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands. Experience

Provided independent valuation of a portfolio of non-performing and performing real estate loans held by a global asset manager, with respective face values of approximately USD1.5b and USD1.7b. Acted as the financial advisor to a distressed PRC-based oil and gas company, to review and comment on its revised restructuring proposal, with the aim of settling claims in excess of USD770m.

Provided expert witness assistance to the BVI Court in relation to a forensic review arising from false and misleading accounting, asset misappropriation and unauthorised expenses of a property investment and management business, with a cumulative misappropriation claim of approximately HKD930m.

Appointed as the interim receiver over certain assets of a Fund, originating from a dispute regarding an alleged misappropriation of invested capital in excess of USD200m.
