Samarco – Advising an ad hoc group of noteholders in connection with
the debt restructuring of Samarco.
Mallinckrodt – Advising an ad hoc group of noteholders to Mallinckrodt
plc in connection with a comprehensive restructuring, including U.S.
chapter 11 cases and an Irish scheme proceeding.
Oi – Advising an ad hoc group in connection with Oi's recuperação
judicial proceedings in Brazil and a related cross-border debtor-in-
possession financing.
Digicel – Advising Digicel in connection with its restructuring,
culminating in two separate restructuring support agreements—one
with respect to the parent company and the other covering the
company’s subsidiaries—and implemented through separate schemes
of arrangement in Bermuda and chapter 15 proceedings in the United
States.
Alto Maipo – Advising one of the largest senior lenders to Alto Maipo
in connection with Alto Maipo’s chapter 11 proceedings and advising
the agent and the lenders/holders of Alto Maipo’s senior debt on an
ongoing basis.
Alpha Latam – Advising the stalking horse bidder for substantially all |
estate assets in Alpha Latam’s chapter 11 proceedings.
