Our services

We offer a full range of restructuring advice to assist our clients in maximising value and, wherever possible, preserving solvency. We have specialist teams who work with our clients to quickly assess the severity of their situation, provide an overview of the options and solutions that may be available and assist in the implementation of those options. Our services can include financial advisory, refinancing support, consideration of strategic options, stakeholder management as well as more formal contingency planning. To support our clients, we also often assist in negotiations with landlords and other stakeholders, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management tactics and crisis cash management. We act as insolvency office holders in all types of formal insolvencies for companies and individuals. We are able to take appointments in all the major jurisdictions or we can advise and support you through the insolvency process. We have a dedicated team of insolvency and forensic specialists who focus on contentious and cross-border corporate insolvencies. Our major assignments involve deploying our expertise around the globe, often in offshore jurisdictions.
